"Henry Burt, whose wife's given name was Ulalia, d. 30 April 1662. His wife d. 29 Aug. 1690. Three of their sons were Jonathan, David and Nathaniel. Jonathan Burt, the oldest son, b. in England, was m. at Boston in 1651 to Elizabeth Lobdell. He removed to Springfield. He is called ' a man of note.' He was a church deacon. Henry Morris, in his early history of Springfield, mentioned him as being in 1675 one of the leading men of the town, ' wise and sagacious,' but ' well advanced in life;' says he was 'for a time town clerk.' He d. in Oct. 1715. One of his daughters, Sarah, m. He is listed as a shipper of goods on this voyage.¹ He recorded a deed on 2 February 1640 in Windsor, Hartford, Connecticut, America. 21 acres.¹ He died on 25 November 1658 in Windsor, Connecticut, America at age 68.¹ He made a will on 2 December 1658 in Windsor, Hartford, Connecticut, America.¹

      William Blackstone was also known as Reverend William Blaxton. He was born on 5 March 1595.
Blaxton was born in County Durham, England, and attended Cambridge University, earning a bachelor's degree in 1617 and a master's in 1621. He then became an Anglican priest, although he had several disagreements with the church. This led to his decision to join the failed Gorges expedition to America in 1623. He arrived in Weymouth, Massachusetts, in 1623 as a chaplain in the Robert Gorges expedition. Following the departure back to England of most of his fellow travellers, in 1625, he became the first European to settle in Boston, living alone on what would become Boston Common and Beacon Hill. The Puritans landed in nearby Charlestown in 1629, and then in 1630, Blackstone invited them to settle on his land in Boston after they had problems finding potable water. The Puritans then granted Blackstone 50 acres (200,000 m2) of his own land, which he promptly sold back to them.
Blackstone was the first European settler in Rhode Island in 1635, before Roger Williams founded his colony the next year in Providence. Blackstone's home and farm were located in what is now Cumberland, Rhode Island on the river which bears his name. Blackstone called his home "Study Hill" --he was said to have the largest library in the colonies at the time (his library and house were burned during the King Philip War circa 1679). On Friday, 4 July 1659 in Boston, Massachusetts, America, at age 64, William Blackstone married Sarah Fisher.¹ William Blackstone died on 26 May 1675 in Cumberland, Rhode Island, America at age 80.¹ On 28 May 1675 William Blackstone's will was inventoried in Providence, Rhode Island, America.²

He probably came to Gloucester about 1629-1630 and first appears in the records of that town in 1642. He was a proprietor of Gloucester in 1643, and was a freeman in 1653. His will was dated August 7, 1671, and an inventory taken September 15, 1671, valued his estate at L1-16s, and house and land at L60 Thomas (1) Jones married Mary North, daughter of Richard North, who died February 4, 1681/2. In 1627, John Beebe married Rebecca Ladd.¹ John Beebe made a will on 18 May 1650 which he made after becoming ill on board ship. He names William Lewis and John Cole as guardians for his five surviving children who were on the ship with him.¹ He sailed to the New World in May 1650 along with Thomas Beebe, James Beebe, Hannah Beebe, Nathaniel Beebe and Mary Beebe; from England.¹ He died on ship during the passage to America from England on 18 May 1650.^1,2
