Károly Sziebert was educated at He went to high school in Pecs, to business school in Budapest and attended the University of Agriculture at Mosonmagyaróvár. Károly served in the Austro-Hungarian Army as Ist Lieutenant of the Artillery with colorful uniform becoming an excellent horseman.¹ He married Ida Heckinger, daughter of István Heckinger and Ida Garzó, in Cathedral of Pécs - Chapel of Corpus Christi, Pécs, Baranya, Hungary. They were married by Dezso Szabo. Witnesses: George Lieber and Joseph Simon. Between 1907 and 1940 Károly Sziebert was employed as He was strongwilled, a good Catholic, outstanding businessman, farmer and a true animal lover, especially of horses, Swiss Simmental cattle and dogs. He also loved trees, planting thousands of them. He liked quality in everything  in land, animals, plants, farm equipment, keeping it in fit condition and good order. He inherited 50 acres and the lease of 250 acres (his sister's property). He bought 1800 acres - equipping it well.¹ We have a photo of their marriage. On Wednesday, 16 July 1913 in Belváros Parish in Pécs, Baranya, Hungary, at age 31, Dr Frigyes Szieberth married Maria Irma Berecz, age 22, daughter of Károly Berecz and Ella Heindl.¹ Frigyes died on 19 December 1914 in Pécs, Baranya, Hungary at age 32.

     Mária was born in Baja, Bács-Bodrog, Hungary on 21 July 1882.¹ She was the daughter of István Heckinger and Ida Garzó. Mária died on 2 May 1936 in Budapest, Pest-Pilis-Solt-Kis-Kun, Hungary at age 53.

     Ida was born in Baja, Bács-Bodrog, Hungary on 1 September 1883.¹ She was the daughter of István Heckinger and Ida Garzó. She was baptized in Budapest, Pest-Pilis-Solt-Kis-Kun, Hungary on 22 September 1883.² Her baptism name was Ida Erzsebet Heckinger. In 1904 Ida graduated from the Elizabeth Academy of Budapest. She was
trained as a math and physics high school teacher. She was the brightest of the six Hekinger girls, obtaining one of the two scholarships to the Women's College in Budapest. She became a high school teacher in mathematics, physics and physical education. She taught for two years.³ She married Károly Sziebert, son of István Sziebert and Katalin Trischler, in Cathedral of Pécs - Chapel of Corpus Christi, Pécs, Baranya, Hungary, on 29 February 1908. Karoly traveled to Pecs where there was culture, social happenings, theater and dances. While attending a ball he met a young lady, who stole his heart. Ida Heckinger had golden hair, beauty and brains. Her father, Mr. Heckinger, was a high school principal. Ida came from the city from a well-educated, refined family. She loved to play the piano and sing songs about a happy-go-lucky farmer returning to his home and some gypsy music about some love struck bunnies. The Szieberts were puritans, they believed in hard work and no play. Ida arrived to Boly with fine clothes, fancy hats, lots and lots of dreams. Well most of those dreams ended up in the bottom of her trunk.
In 1959 Ida Heckinger Sziebert developed pneumonia, her body was hot with fever. Her lips dry, her face flushed. Her breathing was labored and difficult. Her daughter, Teri tried to hum a happy tune: Grandma's favorite was "The Return of the Jolly Farmer" or the song about the "Bunnies." Her daughter, Dia was stroking her forehand gently and prayers were being said. Finally, Ida Heckinger Sziebert's tired heart stopped on November 19, 1959.⁴

Arpad Vizkelety-Szieberth was baptized on 18 January 1885 in Belváros Parish in Pécs, Baranya, Hungary.¹ His baptism name was Titus Arpad Szieberth. On Wednesday, 16 July 1919 in Belváros Parish in Pécs, Baranya, Hungary, at age 34, Arpad Vizkelety-Szieberth married Mária Neudtwich, age 22.¹ Arpad died on 6 April 1936 at age 51.

Anna died on 27 September 1911 in Pécs, Baranya, Hungary, at age 25. Committed suicide by dousing herself with gasoline. Possible in love with and pregnant by a local priest.^1,2
