The Kutka's were an ancient Ukrainian family that settled in Hungary very early. This can be seen in their family crest which is very simple. It features a resting white dove -- the earliest crests were the simple ones. There are still Kutka's in Zemplen, Ung, Bereg, and Marmaros counties today.²
